Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Tu Shay Contracting Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of May 2004 at 10.53 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Rotorua.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of May 2004.
