Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WIB Holdings Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 22nd day of March 2004, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2004 at 4.30 p.m.
