Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (as amended by Section 2 of the Charitable Trusts Amendment Act 1993)
On the 17th day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the board of trustees, pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (as amended by section 2 of the Charitable Trusts Amendment Act 1993), that Community Recreation Education & Sports Trust
Board be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Duns & Partners, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of Community Recreation Education & Sports Trust Board (in liquidation) fixes the 14th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
