Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Broadbeach Construction Limited and South Auckland Steel Fixers Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of May 2004
at 10.05 a.m. and 10.18 a.m. respectively, Broadbeach Construction Limited and South Auckland Steel Fixers Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy
were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court in Auckland.
The liquidations commenced on the 6th day of May 2004.
