Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bethan Eve Hallmark was appointed liquidator of The Caregivers Club Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of April 2004 at 7.45 p.m.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of June 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
