Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of April 2004, it was resolved by a directors' solvency resolution that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts.
On the 19th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that T R Taylor Limited be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of BDO Spicers Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of April 2004 at 4.00 p.m.
