Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 6th day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R & J Hotel Management Limited be liquidated and that Gilbert
Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of May 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
