Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Watermark New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) on the 3rd day of May 2004 at 4.33 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 28th day of May 2004, as the
day on or before which the creditors of Watermark
New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
