Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Techqua Holdings Limited be liquidated and
that John Richard Palairet, of Palairet Pearson, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of April 2004 at 12.00 midday.
