I, Stanley Neil Gollan, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of Lifeline Franklin Incorporated (in liquidation) by special resolutions of the incorporated society dated the 28th day of October 2003 and the 2nd day of December 2003 respectively.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of December 2003 at 7.15 p.m.
