Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Cromwell Security Services Limited and Sio Kiwifruit Contracting Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th and 21st days of April 2004 at 10.25 a.m. and 11.10 a.m. respectively, Cromwell Security Services Limited and Sio Kiwifruit Contracting Limited were placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to orders by the High Court in Wellington and Tauranga respectively.
The liquidations commenced on the 19th and 21st days of April 2004.
