Take notice that Zoom Film & Video Productions Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 24th day of November 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
