Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elkor Holdings Limited be liquidated
and that Alison Ann Turner, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of April 2004.
