Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies
Act 1993, that Baydoch Designs Limited, Peel Holdings Limited, PPL Holdings Limited and WATZ Hot
(N.Z.) Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell, of Christchurch, and William Guy Black, of Auckland, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 21st day of April 2004 at 3.00 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named companies, which are being liquidated, does hereby fix the 20th day of May 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
