On the 20th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Southern Pharmaceutical Health Limited
(in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Sharon Wedlock, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
