Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 14th day of April 2004 at 3.45 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Software Mechanix Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of April 2004.
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 28th day of May 2004, as the date on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
