Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Kintyre Farm Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 3rd day of December 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of December 2003 at 12.00 midday.
