Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Ampho
No 8 Limited commenced on the 7th day of April 2004 at 11.20 a.m., when the members appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors previously passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that, on liquidation of the company, it would be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
