Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of December 2003, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bellview Flight Centre Limited be liquidated and
that Russell William Glyn Parry, of Russell Parry & Co Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of December 2003 at 10.40 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator does fix the 30th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditor claim forms are available from the liquidator's office.
