Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Beau Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and Andrew Hill, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of April 2004 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 14th day of May 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
