Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 6th day of April 2004 at 10.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, 231 Rothwell Holdings Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2004.
