Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 16th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above named company be liquidated and that John William Boswell Burns, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of April 2004.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 16th day of May 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
