Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of April 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Daniel Investments Limited be liquidated and that Marvin Cathey, consultant
of 46 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of April 2004
at 11.00 a.m.
