Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by shareholders' resolution dated the 1st day of April 2004 at 3.00 p.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Bruce Arthur Christmas, chartered accountant, as the liquidator for that purpose.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 14th day of May 2004, as the last day on which the creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
