Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 and by shareholders' resolutions dated the 27th day of December 2003 at 8.05 p.m (for Selwyn Developments Limited) and on the 27th day of December 2003 at 8.00 p.m. (for Royal Oak Developments Limited) to liquidate the companies, the shareholders have appointed Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as the liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator advises that a declaration as to solvency for both companies dated the 27th day of December 2003, has been filed with the Registrar of Companies by the directors.
The liquidator fixes the 23rd day of January 2004, as the last day in which any creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have in the companies.
