Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of April 2004 at 10.54 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of Ultimate Manufacturing Limited.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of the appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 1st day of June 2004, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
