Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 6th day of April 2004 at 10.00 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, ASP Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of April 2004.
