Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Beattie Rickman, Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Primal Marine Limited and Hunter Manufacturing Limited.
The liquidations commenced on the 2nd day of April 2004
at 11.23 a.m and 3.23 p.m. respectively.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 5th day of May 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
