Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy John Hartnell and Lynnette Anne Dow, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Lyall Moselen Limited by special resolution of the shareholders.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of April 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
Prior to the appointment, the directors of the company resolved that the company would, upon the appointment of
a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
30th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
