Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators of David's Management Services Limited (in liquidation) on the 25th day of March 2004 at 1.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 14th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
