Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Hastings, was appointed liquidator of S & D (2003) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of March 2004 at 3.45 p.m.
