Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 25th day of March 2004 at 3.35 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, M3 Limited was placed into liquidation
and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of March 2004.
