Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 24th day of March 2004 at 10.30 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Greenwood Technology Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of March 2004.
