Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 23rd day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Resource & Environment Limited be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of March 2004.
