Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Willsend Orchard Limited
be liquidated and that Brian Joseph Bourke, chartered accountant of Masterton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
