Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of December 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Scarrott Investments Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Gerard Florentine, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose, pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of December 2003 at 11.30 a.m.
