Keith Palmer and David Vance, chartered accountants,
were appointed liquidators of the above-named two companies by special resolution of the shareholders on the 17th day of March 2004 at 3.58 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Meetings of creditors of the above-named two companies will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson, Level Eight, The Todd Building, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on the 31st day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
for Reddy Dig Contractors Limited (in liquidation) and
at 10.45 p.m. for Reddy Dig (Christchurch) Limited
(in liquidation).

To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 14th day of April 2004, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors' claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
