Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Chrismar Enterprises Limited
and Futuna Trust Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 22nd day of March 2004 at 10.17 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, the date and times that the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Chrismar Enterprises Limited and Futuna Trust Limited, we fix the 30th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
