Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

L J Franks & Sons Limited on the 22nd day of December 2003 at 10.00 a.m., at which date and time the liquidation commenced.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company's solvency and, accordingly, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
