Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of February 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Willow Consulting Limited be liquidated and that Jeffrey Nicholas Couch, chartered accountant of 418 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of February 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
