Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above named company commenced on the 22nd day of March 2004 at 9.00 a.m., when the members appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix the 7th day of April 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
