Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Neil Kenneth Ruddell, chartered accountant of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of Heswall Farms Limited
(in liquidation) on the 19th day of March 2004 at 4.30 p.m., by shareholder special resolution pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 20th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
