(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 15th day of March 2004, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
