Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of D. Marshall & Sons Transport Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of March 2004 at 10.57 a.m., D. Marshall & Sons Transport Limited was placed in liquidation.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named company pursuant to an order by the High Court in Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of March 2004.
