Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Manhattan Group Limited:
Notice is hereby given that, by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 15th day of March 2004 at 1.00 p.m., the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily; and
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
