The above-named company was placed into liquidation by
a special resolution of shareholders dated the 5th day of February 2004 at 12.00 midday, and Mark D. Stevens was appointed liquidator, unbeknown to the High Court in Auckland, who subsequently appointed Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole as joint and several liquidators of the company on the 9th day of February 2004. The appointment of Mark D. Stevens stood until the first meeting of creditors of the company.
Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
On the 1st day of March 2004 and pursuant to section 243 (6) of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved at a meeting of the company's creditors that Mark D. Stevens be replaced as liquidator by Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole.
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators of ZNOCI Communication Limited (in liquidation) on the 1st day of March 2004, pursuant to section 243 (6).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 23rd day of April 2004, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
