Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, by way of resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher and Colin Clive Holloway, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the company on the 12th day of March 2004.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of March 2004.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the directors of Encil Services Limited.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 7th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
