Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 10th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Park Developments Limited be liquidated and that Frederick Anthony Girvan, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of March 2004 at 10.30 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243 (9), a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
