Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of March 2004, it was resolved by the
board of directors, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Stevens Farms Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of March 2004.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 15th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
