Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of December 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Thomson Software Support Services Limited be liquidated and that Warren Steven Perriam, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2003.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The company has no liabilities other than to shareholders and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
